Mo Bros, Richmond Village Nantwich

A 91-year-old Richmond Village resident in Nantwich has helped the organisation raise £1,800 during Movember.

Bert Corden joined fellow residents, staff and directors to take part in the annual moustache-growing effort.

And national organisers have officially declared Bert as the oldest Mo-Bro to take part.

His daughter Pauline Kinder wrote to the organisers detailing his date of birth, and was delighted to receive their confirmation.

She said: “I was very proud he wanted to take part and when I last visited him, he asked me if it suited him which, indeed it did!”

Mr Corden added: “I rather like my moustache and am considering keeping it!”

Paddy Brice and Paul Jackson, directors of Richmond Villages, also joined in the effort alongside male members of staff and residents of the five centres around the UK.
