Crowds of 1980s music fans packed into a new Nantwich music venue to witness Electro 80s perform live.

And the Electronica tribute band didn’t disappoint with a brilliant show in their debut concert at The Studio nightclub on Mill Street.

The venue was re-opened earlier this year after three local businessmen invested thousands of pounds to refurbish the former Gregory’s nightclub.

And the music and stage area on the middle level now offers an excellent live band venue, with viewing available from the balcony area around the top level.

Electro 80s recreated songs by artists including Yazoo, Depeche Mode, OMD, John Foxx, A Flock of Seagulls, Duran Duran, Human League, Soft Cell, Marc Almond and more.

Their show was accompanied by a light display and robotic dancer ‘Man O’ Chrome’.

The finale was the stunning Gary Numan hit, Cars.
