Alpraham Village- plan for new pavilion and houses

Residents in Alpraham near Nantwich will be celebrating their village at their annual fair next week.

The Alpraham Village Day takes place on playing fields in the centre of the village on Saturday September 14.

One of the members of the Alpraham Village Day committee Gillian Blackwood said: “The residents of this beautiful village would like to warmly welcome to their annual village day.

“It’s a real chance to relax and have fun with the family.”

Attractions and events on the day include bouncy castles, tractor rides, animal corner, welly wanging, tug of war, face painting, hay bale lottery, classic cars, fire engine brass band,  bar and BBQ, WI tea and cakes marquee, local produce and independent stalls.

The event is also supported by Alpraham Parish Council.
