Nantwich Museum will be having some flipping fun when it joins in on Pancake Day.

Pancakes and refreshments will be available from 11am until 1pm in the Millennium Gallery at the museum on Pillory Street.

The cost is £3 for two pancakes with sugar and lemon plus a cup of tea or coffee.

There is no need to book unless you are part of a large group.

The popular event is organised by museum volunteers to raise funds for Nantwich Museum Trust.

Meanwhile, half term workshops for children at the museum will take inspiration from its current exhibition – Birds, Bees and Butterflies.

These are the subjects for the forthcoming workshops which will give youngsters a chance to enjoy fun arts, crafts and quizzes.

The workshops are drop in any time between 11am and 3pm on Wednesday and Thursday February 18 and 19.

The cost is £2 per child who must be accompanied. Large groups are requested to book in advance.

Entry is free to the Birds, Bees & Butterflies exhibition which runs until Saturday March 7.
