A Nantwich man has been jailed for more than four years after being found guilty of sexual behaviour involving a 15-year-old child.

Andrew Robinson, 54, from Broomhall, near Sound, was convicted on five counts of inappropriate conduct with a child under the age of 16.

Workers at a Nantwich finance firm are to tackle the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge – in honour of a colleague who battled kidney disease.

Employees at Afford Bond, on Wellington Road, will walk 23 miles on a circular route over three peaks with more than 5,000 feet of ascent – in just 12 hours!

More than 1,500 participants took part in Cheshire’s Run or Dye colourful 5km at Cholmondeley Castle near Nantwich.
