MP Edward Timpson has donated nearly £4,000 to the Leighton Hospital MRI scanner appeal after tackling the London Marathon.

The Crewe & Nantwich MP completed the 26-mile marathon to raise funds for the Mid Cheshire Hospitals appeal, setting a personal target of £3,000.
