Tom Seals fine tunes for UK tour at South Cheshire College

Crewe Lyceum is to host an evening with Shavington musical maestro Tom Seals – one of the UK’s brightest stars.

Tom, 22, will be performing live this Sunday February 28, bringing his distinctive voice and improvisational skills to the fore.

He has been described as “brilliant!” by Jamie Cullum, and “tipped for great things” by organisers of the Nantwich Jazz and Blues Festival.

His show will be in the Circle Suite as part of an evening of Jazz, Blues and dining.

Tom has worked with and supported established artists such as Gregory Porter, Cerys Matthews, DJ Trevor Nelson, Daniel Bedingfield, Tony Christie, Lance Ellington, and Kenny Thomas.

He has also worked with big names like Sad Cafe, Showaddywaddy, Chesney Hawkes, Steve Brookstein, Joe Stilgoe and Dame Cleo Laine.

A career highlight for him, is performing a “1 piano – 4 hands” version of “Route 66” with Jamie Cullum.

He has many live appearances and festival dates lined up for 2016, which looks to be his biggest year yet.

Tickets for the Lyceum Circle Suite are priced at £25, including a two course dinner.
