Pothole-ridden Park Road in Nantwich is to close for almost a week for major resurfacing work.

The A530 road to Whitchurch will be closed from the junction with Wellington Road to the junction with Shrewbridge Road.

Cheshire East Council bosses admitted the main pool will have to close at their flagship facility for several days, just a few weeks after opening.
