Supporters, officials and members of Nantwich Town’s FA Vase winning side enjoyed a reunion at the Weaver Stadium – 10 years on from the famous cup victory.

Then captain and now current manager Phil Parkinson, and then manager Steve Davis, now boss at Crewe Alexandra, were among those present – along with the trophy itself.

Staff suspended as police probe Nantwich care home after second disappearance

Two employees at a Nantwich care home where dementia patient Roy Tomlinson went missing, have been suspended after a SECOND disappearance.

Mr Tomlinson (pictured) was allowed to walk out of Brookfield House care home on January 26, and was found dead in a nearby outbuilding six days later.

Nantwich students litter pick in ‘Clean for Queen’ campaign

Students at Reaseheath College in Nantwich picked litter from one of town’s major gateways as part of the ‘Clean for the Queen’ campaign.

Wearing hi-vis vests and armed with litter pickers and bin liners, the students cleared refuse from the A51 roundabout and major roads near the college campus in Nantwich.
