The annual Cancer Research UK Christmas Fair raised more than £3,700 at Wistaston Memorial Hall.
The event was organised by the Crewe & Nantwich Cancer Research UK Group.

Nantwich traders on Hospital Street have clubbed together to stage another “An Evening Out, Nantwich” event.
Store owners will offer a night of treats and entertainment this Thursday November 24 to get shoppers in the mood for the festive season.

Young Nantwich cystic fibrosis patient Elle Morris played a starring role in the spectacular Lord Mayor’s Show parade in London.
The 10-year-old and her mum Becky Whitfield, from Wrenbury, were cheered on by more than half a million people for London’s oldest street parade.

Premier Division Leaders Railway Hotel moved six points clear in the Crewe Regional Sunday League.
They hammered Rising Sun 10-0 with Jez Tagg bagging four of the goals.

Thousands of people enjoyed the Nantwich Christmas Lights switch-on which lit up the town square last night (November 19).
Families young and old enjoyed live music and song, fair rides, refreshments and a firework display during the event.
New ‘Home Show’ to be staged at Nantwich Civic Hall
A new Home Show is to be launched in Nantwich, showcasing local firms involved in building and renovation.
The local branch of home ventilation company EnviroVent has organised the show.
