A care company in Cheshire is celebrating 10 years in business with a move to bigger premises in Nantwich.

Home Instead Senior Care has moved from Dairy House Farm on Main Road, Worleston, to a 2,700 sq ft office over two floors in Frederick House, Princes Court, Nantwich.

The company is one of two businesses which have moved into the business park, as the cafe on the ground floor of Frederick House has also recently
been taken over by Steve Munro.

Dawn Sime, (pictured) franchise manager of Home Instead Senior Care, said their new base is exactly what they were looking for.

She said: “We had been at our previous home for almost nine years and we were just outgrowing it.

“We had people hot desking and it wasn’t ideal.

“We had discounted Frederick House at first but a number of options were put to us and following discussions with the landlord and the agents Halls Commercial, we found it was actually just what we wanted.

“It is a central location, other businesses we link with to provide cohesive care are also on this park, it has good access for care givers and potential clients too.

“The move has gone really well, it has only taken a few months and it has been a very smooth process.

“I can’t think of a better way to celebrate our tenth anniversary.”

The cafe on the ground floor of Frederick House is due to cater for business events with the option of the board room next door for hire.

The offices had been empty for almost a year since they took over and the letting was managed by Rebecca Welch, from Halls Commercial Property.

Mrs Welch said: “These offices are in a prime location and we had a lot of interest in them.

“We have had inquiries from a number of local businesses and Home Instead Senior Care really saw the potential there.

“The site is very much a bustling office location and with a variety of suites still available we are expecting more businesses join them in this revived area.”

Mrs Welch added that generous rent free incentives for new tenants have added to the interest they have seen recently.

A spokesperson for the landlord said: “The whole business park has had a new lease of life.

“All three buildings, Charles House, Frederick House and Regent House have been subject to a refurbishment programme and offer a variety of styles of accommodation, all with new carpets, signage, paint and new directory boards.”
