Prostate Cancer Support Group to run testing event in Nantwich

Leighton Hospital Prostate Cancer Support Group will hold an annual testing session at Nantwich Civic Hall on Saturday April 8.

Testing will be carried out between 10am and 1pm by taking a sample of blood by trained phlebotomists.

A charity shop opened by St Luke’s Hospice in Nantwich is to close less than five years after opening – because it is not raising enough money.

Swirly Whirlys, on Pillory Street, which specialises in crepes and ice cream, will close in March, it has been announced.
