Nantwich’s famous outdoor brine pool will be opening for the 2024 season on April 20.
The pool at Nantwich Leisure Centre – believed to the only inland brine pool left in the UK – is a popular draw for many in the region.

A record 1,000 adults and 370 youngsters took part in the popular Nantwich Triathlon and Duathlon events at the weekend.
Competitors in the adult race entered either the Sprint, Super Sprint or Fun race distance, or the Team Relay.
Nantwich’s famous outdoor brine pool is set to open again for the 2016 summer season.
The swimming facility, which attracts more than 15,000 visitors a year, is set to open on Saturday April 30.

Nantwich will host the annual Cheshire Triathlon on Sunday, with hundreds of participants expected to take part.
The annual event, which is aimed at all fitness levels and abilities, offers different intensity levels in races, including a fun race.
Nantwich’s outdoor swimming pool reopens this weekend – despite temperatures plummeting to an unseasonably low. Cheshire East Council will be hoping for warmer weather this Bank Holiday to entice swimmers to one of the few remaining inland brine pools.
Nantwich residents can attend an information event to air their views on Nantwich Pool’s redesign and refurbishment. People will get the chance to discuss the £1.4 million project with those working on the scheme at the Wall Lane facility.
