Nantwich Food Festival organisers have paid tribute to long-standing butchers H Clewlow which announced this week it is to close.
H Clewlow on Pepper Street has been a presence in Nantwich town centre for 100 years, and has been a big supporter of the food festival.

The public has until September 3 to vote for their favourite venues in a range of categories, including “Best Customer Engagement” sponsored by Nantwich News.
A number of Nantwich groups and organisations are to receive donations from Nantwich Town Council during 2023-24.
In total, the council is set to make around £71,300 in donations throughout the financial year, a report to go before councillors outlines.
Nominations for the eight Nantwich Food Award categories can now be made by customers or businesses.
People can nominate their favourite business until June 14 to do so.
