Shavington “affordable housing” scheme refused planning by councillors

A development consisting of 100% affordable housing in Shavington has been refused planning permission by Cheshire East councillors.

The plans, which would have seen 40 homes built on land off Newcastle Road, were recommended for refusal by CEC planners.
