A Nantwich fitness class is putting the One in Eleven Appeal in pole position with its fundraising efforts. Louise Joubert, 28, who runs Pole Pinups classes, is organising a 12-hour pole dancing session in aid of Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity.
Top Elvis star Paul Larcombe got audiences shaking in a fundraising concert in Nantwich. Pure Presley, one of the top Elvis tribute artists in the UK, performed the King’s iconic hits at Willaston Social Club.
Staff and shoppers at Sainsbury’s Nantwich have raised £3,300 for the One in Eleven Appeal. The Middlewich Road supermarket chose the appeal as its charity of the year for 2012.
