Crewe & Nantwich radio station The Cat has celebrated its first year of broadcasting on 107.9 FM.

The station was awarded a community radio licence by regulator Ofcom in February 2014.

New studio signage is in place as part of The Cat Community Radio Station’s move to South Cheshire College.

The new Crewe and Nantwich-based FM station moved into a new space at the college in November 2014 from its former base off Beam Heath Way, Nantwich.
