Members of the 38th Scouts on Davenport Avenue in Nantwich are to stage a fundraiser today (July 29) to help towards finding a new base.
The group aims to raise thousands towards a total of £300,000 needed to build a new headquarters.

Wistaston scout leader John Bennett has been awarded an MBE in the Kings Birthday Honours list, for services to young people in Cheshire.
John, born in Milton Keynes in 1944, was a wolf cub and then a boy scout with 1st Wolverton Scout Group.

The calendar is the idea of Ellie Newbrook, 17, from Nantwich, who is a Young Leader at the Wistaston Scout Group.
A new Scout troop has been launched in Nantwich thanks to the success of the 7th Millfields Cubs and Beavers.
It means Nantwich now has two Scout troops to help it cope with demand for places.
