Media students win ‘Best Short Film’ at Nantwich Film Festival

Three Media students from South Cheshire College won Best Short Film at the Nantwich Film Festival for their film ‘Hysteria’.

The festival, organised by Nantwich Film Club with the support of Nantwich Town Council, featured a week of cinematic events.

South Cheshire and West Cheshire Colleges merge to create 11,000-student FE body

South Cheshire College and West Cheshire College have today formally merged to create a new FE College for Cheshire.

The newly formed college, which will have an annual turnover of £40m with more than 11,000 students and 1,300 apprentices, will retain the existing brands of South Cheshire College and West Cheshire College at its campuses in Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester.
