By Jonathan White A monthly South Cheshire George Formby Ukulele Society concert took place at Wistaston Memorial Hall in Wistaston. The concert contained group, duet and solo ukulele performances featuring well-known George Formby songs.
A concert by South Cheshire George Formby Ukulele Society in Nantwich helped to raise more than £250 for Help For Heroes. The money was raised when the Ukulele Society performed a concert in the Nantwich Civic Hall during last month’s Nantwich Jazz Blues and Music Festival.
