One of South Cheshire’s longest established estate agents Butters John Bee has been sold to Spicerhaart Group.

The deal means Butters John Bee, which has branches in Nantwich, Crewe, Alsager, Sandbach, Congleton and all across Staffordshire, is now part of the UK’s largest independent estate agency group, owned by Paul Smith.
