The Nature Recovery team at Cheshire Wildlife Trust have worked with farmers and landowners across Cheshire to plant more than 62,000 trees in past two years.
It’s part of the Trees for Climate programme, a multi-million pound national woodland creation programme being delivered by England’s Community Forests.
Park View Business Centre near Nantwich has started a Coronation Planting of oak trees to mark next month’s event.
It come after the Queen’s Green Canopy tree planting initiative in 2022 to mark her Jubilee year.

Residents whose properties are damaged by Cheshire East trees are left at the mercy of the council’s insurers who then stonewall them, a councillor has claimed.
Councillor Les Gilbert (Con) asked the highways committee to defer adopting its new policy for highway tree maintenance and inspections.

Members of Nantwich & District Branch of the Royal British Legion have planted five trees in a new Commemorative Garden at Volunteer Fields in Nantwich.
The idea of a commemorative garden was originally suggested by branch member Peter Epton and was supported by the other members.
Fire crews had to tackle a fire which damaged tall conifer trees and a shed and fence in Nantwich.
The fire broke out on Davenport Avenue at around 12.30am this morning (May 24).
Nearly 900 trees are being planted at Combermere Abbey near Nantwich to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee
The 889 trees will also commemorate the number of years since the abbey was established in 1133.
More Met Office weather warnings are in place for Cheshire East over the next 24 hours as heavy rain and strong winds are set to batter the region again.
It comes hot on the heels of storms Dudley and Eunice in the past seven days, leaving trees down and River Weaver at very high levels.
St Luke’s Hospice staff and volunteers have raised a tree-mendous £40,000 from their Christmas Tree Collection scheme.

Local scouts are helping to run a Christmas tree collection and recycling scheme.
The scheme run by the 1st South West Cheshire Scout Group (The Andrews) in Crewe will raise money in aid of local Scouts, to support local children between 6-14 to gain skills for life.
It’s been an interesting few days’ of weather in Cheshire – even by UK standards.
Destructive winds and rain of Storm Arwen on Friday and Saturday, followed by heavy snowfall on Sunday.
Storm Arwen caused travel chaos across Cheshire as high winds brought down trees, blocking roads and railways.
The winds also brought down the Tree of Light in the centre of Nantwich.

I had hoped that the few remaining mature trees, on the River Weaver riverbank and adjacent to the redevelopment of the former gasworks off Welsh Row in Nantwich, would be spared the cull.
