In 1822, the Delves Charity School for boys was built and consisted of one room.

Olympic trampolinist Bryony Page had Wybunbury youngsters leaping for joy when she brought her silver medal in for a visit.

By Jonathan White Hundreds of people packed a Nantwich village to watch the traditional Wybunbury Fig Pie Wakes in glorious sunshine. The 200-year-old event, organised by the Wybunbury Tower Preservation Trust, saw several races involving all ages.
