A ‘Strictly Learn to Dance’ finale in aid of St Luke’s Hospice Cheshire is set to take place in Nantwich Civic Hall in two weeks.

Fourteen couples have been learning to dance for the last 13 weeks, including moves such as the waltz and the cha cha.

And they will compete in the final on Sunday May 13 from 6pm in front of more than 300 people.

The amateur dancers have been working flat out with trainers from local school, Dancebasics.

Now organisers are desperate for help from local businesses. They need:

– spray tans for dancers

– people to help get dancer’s hair ready

– people who can do stage make up and a willing to work as a team to get 28 dancers ready as well as our judges and ‘Tess and Bruce’

– a photographer willing to take photos free of charge from 2pm on the day as well as this Wedneday night in Wistaston.
