Housing developers are to present their second phase plans for land at the former Stapeley Water Gardens site in Nantwich.
Representatives of David Wilson Homes will be attending a meeting of Stapeley Parish Council later this week.
They will be outlining their plans for the next phase of a development which currently has up to 150 homes being built on the former visitor attraction site off London Road.
The parish council meeting will take place this Thursday March 6 at Stapeley Community Hall (pictured) on Pear Tree Field.
The pre-meeting presentation by David Wilson Homes will start at 7pm and there will be an opportunity for local residents to ask questions.
