Six cyclists raise more than £5,000 for Wingate Centre

Six cyclists rode across five nations to help raise more than £5,000 for the Wingate Children’s Centre near Nantwich.

The team completed their challenge to cycle a 520-mile route through Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and England.

Brookfield House Care Home, on Shrewbridge Road, is now being placed in ‘special measures’ by CQC after it was found to be failing in many areas.
