Typical Redrow homes

The first 110 Redrow properties of the new Kingsbourne development in Nantwich are to go on sale.

The homes on the site close to River Weaver and town centre, will be sold ‘off-plan’ from an on-site sales centre from February 10.

There will be three fully furnished show homes open in the summer.

The first phase will feature 110 new homes from Redrow’s Arts and Crafts inspired Heritage Collection.

Redrow Homes (NW) sales director Jason Newton said: “We’re really excited about the sales launch of Kingsbourne as, with a range of three and four-bedroom house styles, there will be something for everyone.

“In particular we’ll have a new design, the Leamington Lifestyle, which has been created to meet the aspirations of buyers who want the proportions of a four-bedroom house but really only need three bedrooms.

“Each of the three spacious bedrooms has its own en suite facilities, so the property is ideal for downsizers, families, those who require the extra space when family and friends come to stay, or even friends sharing.

“And the ground floor accommodation is befitting of a larger property, with its open plan kitchen, dining and family area overlooking the garden and a separate, more formal lounge.”

Reserving a home ‘off-plan’ before it’s built means customers can choose a preferred position.

Mr Newton added: “We’re expecting this development to be very popular so we’d encourage potential buyers to register their interest via our website so they can be the first to know about our new releases.

“We also have several ways to help people get on the move so it’s worth investigating the options early.”

Help to Buy will be available, which offers a 20% equity loan, interest-free for five years.

Redrow says it is also injecting £2.7m into the area towards primary and secondary school paces, improving local highways, roundabouts and junctions.

A new community hub is also proposed including various shops and services.

The three show homes to open in the summer will be the three-bedroom Ludlow, the four-bedroom Marlow and the new Leamington Lifestyle.

The same Heritage Collection homes can be seen at the Abbeyfields development in Sandbach.
