National choral charity Sing for Pleasure is delighted to present the premiere performance of a new, inspirational 12-movement work for choir and small orchestra written by prominent young British composer Thomas Hewitt Jones. The work takes an uncompromising and bold moral stance, promoting virtues that are increasingly overlooked in a society obsessed with itself – including kindness, unselfishness, honesty, and self-sacrifice.

This FREE concert will be held in Keele University Chapel at 8pm on Saturday 18 August 2018, the final evening of Sing for Pleasure’s 2018 Summer School Concert Series. Parking near the Chapel is free at weekends, and there’s no need to book; however, advance general seating space can be reserved at https://www.trybooking.co.uk/FKV
