A man was left trapped after a crash close to Sainsbury’s supermarket in Nantwich.
The incident happened at around 7.20pm last night (August 19) on Middlewich Road, Nantwich.
Fire crews from Nantwich and Crewe were called to a report of a collision by the supermarket.
On arrival crews found the collision involved one vehicle and that a man was trapped inside it.
Firefighters removed the driver’s door to create space and then removed the casualty from the vehicle.
They handed him over to the care of paramedics.
Firefighters were in attendance for around 40 minutes.
