Hibberts Solicitors has opened a new office in Nantwich town centre.

The firm has brought together three of its departments under the roof of its new location, on Pillory Street.

The new office occupies the top floors of the building in the centre.

Constructed in 1911 by Ernest H. Eddleston, the building was designed in a French Baroque style of the late 17th century.

With roof port-hole windows, the building has been likened to the Lusitania vessel that set sail shortly before the building was completed.

The premises have been revamped internally by Hibberts but the original style has remained intact as it holds a special place in the heart of Nantwich.

The three departments based in the new office are Litigation, Family and Commercial.

Hibberts’ Partner and Head of Commercial services Carolyn Brooksbank said: “We’re extremely excited about announcing the opening of our second office in Nantwich.

“It’s a beautiful building steeped in history and we believe this expansion will allow us to provide an even better service to our clients.”

Hibberts held an invitation-only celebration of the opening on February 12.
