MCH fashion and fizz show weaver stadium

Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity staff raised £2,000 from a‘Fashion and Fizz’ evening in Nantwich.

The event, at Nantwich Town’s Weaver Stadium, saw 70 guests enjoy a full fashion show while sampling sparkling wines to raise funds for the charity’s “Everybody Knows Somebody’” dementia appeal.

Those attending were treated to four glasses of sparkling wines and Prosecco from around the world, supplied by Nantwich wine merchants Rodney Densem Wines.

The fashion was provided by independent retailer Bella Boutique which has stores in Sandbach and Northwich.

The evening included stalls, a luxury raffle and delicious nibbles courtesy of supporters M&S Simply Food, Nantwich.

Bella Boutique managing director Jonathan Jones said: “What a great night we all had!

“Bella was delighted to have been asked to provide the fashion part of the event and it was great to see so many women together enjoying a fun filled night, especially on International Women’s Day and all for a great cause.

“Here’s to the next one!”

Carole Salmon, MCH Community Fundraiser, said: “The whole evening was great fun and we were delighted it was supported by the local community and businesses.

“The money raised will support multiple projects across our hospitals that will improve the care and experience of people living with dementia.

“I’d like the thank Right At Home South Cheshire for the sponsoring the event and Bella Boutique for the fabulous fashion show, pop up shop and giveaways.”

As well as their own events, the charity offers opportunities for the community to get involved with supporting Mid Cheshire Hospitals Foundation Trust.
