Millrace Drive - Halloween

Nantwich Library is to stage a series of half-term Halloween events over the next week.

And the fun starts on Saturday (October 26) with Family Storytime – Spooky special from 11am. All welcome, no need to book. Free event.

Monday 28th October
Slimy Masquerade – make your own slime and Halloween mask

Booking required, £1 charge per child. Ages 4+.

Tuesday 29th October
Cheshire Bat Conservation talk
2.30pm onwards
Family event – all welcome, children must be accompanied. Free but donations welcome to Cheshire Bat Conservation.
Booking required.

Wednesday 30th October
Junk Monsters – come and make a Halloween monster using the library’s collection of recyclable materials
Ages 3+
11am
Booking required. Free event.

Thursday 31st October
Nightmare on Beam Street Spooky Rhymetime special
11am
Halloween costumes welcome.
All welcome, no need to book.

Friday 1st November
Special Storytime with Bookstart ‘Time to Read’
11am
Come in your PJs and bring your favourite teddy for a cosy story, plus animal biscuit decorating!
50p per biscuit
All children welcome, no need to book.

Saturday 2nd November
Local author Nikisha Watson will be performing a reading of her new picture book ‘Alphabet Adventure in Trinidad & Tobago’, inspired by her Caribbean homeland.
11am
Free, all families welcome. No need to book.
