The Rising Sun Nurseries garden centre on Middlewich Road has reopened its premises and charity shop, as Covid-19 pandemic lockdown measures are eased.

The Rising Sun Nurseries have raised tens of thousands of pounds in last 20 years, via the charity shop located in its premises.

Andrew Thomas, The Rising Sun Nurseries owner, said: “We’re so glad to be able to open again and to see and hear from all our regular customers.

“We are starting off our autumn season with a sale – lots being reduced to make way for new stock.

“You can also grab yourself a bargain in our RSPCA shop and we are always happy to take donations.”

The Rising Sun Nurseries stocks a large selection of plants, bedding and shrubs for your garden or on your patio.

They also sell gardening tools, chemicals and other gardening equipment, as well as a range of indoor and outdoor pots.

Their second-hand shop offers bargain prices on a wide range of good quality bric-a-brac, books, and jewellery.

The Rising Sun Nurseries initial opening days and times are Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
