SureCare Central Cheshire provides care and support to complement the care already provided by family members or to replace care when family are unavailable.
We assist people with washing, dressing and getting up or going to bed, administering or prompting with medications, meal preparation, which includes monitoring nutrition and hydration, companionship, help around the home; laundry, shopping, housekeeping, running errands and more. All of this enables people of all ages, particularly older people or those living with certain conditions, to live independently within their own homes.
As well as our daily visiting care calls we can provide respite and holiday care to give family a break and can often provide respite at short notice for those emergency situations. Our over night care provides reassurance that someone is there and you are not alone.
We also provide live-in care, to provide the round-the-clock care that some people need, as an affordable alternative to going into a care home. You can remain at home in familiar surroundings where you feel most comfortable with a companion to assist with activities, hobbies and conversation.
We help people to remain a part of their local community and participate in their hobbies, activities and days out. We provide care in and around Crewe and Nantwich and have a particular focus on the rural villages surrounding the towns.
We invest in our team of care workers, training them to the highest standards to ensure they provide only the highest levels of care. We look after our care workers so that they look after you.
