The department store, which has been in Nantwich for more than 25 years, wants to encourage shoppers to support the local town centre and turn to traders close to home.<\/p>\n
Many local stores are struggling to survive in the current pandemic.<\/p>\n
Andy McGeoch, Chief Executive of M&Co, said: “We pride ourselves on good customer service, and what sets us apart is the personalised service customers get in-store.<\/p>\n
“We know our customers love knowing their sales advisor’s name and the staff equally enjoy building wonderful relationships with every customer.<\/p>\n
“Covid-19 means many people don’t feel comfortable travelling on public transport or visiting busy city centres which is good news for shops in local town centres.<\/p>\n
“We hope to encourage shoppers, who feel comfortable visiting stores, to do so in order to see the exciting new range we have for the autumn winter season.<\/p>\n
“With Christmas just around the corner, our gifting, partywear and winter accessories will be arriving in-store soon offering family fashion right on your doorstep.<\/p>\n
“Without the support from the local people in Nantwich we wouldn’t be able to continue trading on the high-street and appreciate every customer that has come through the doors during these difficult times.”<\/p>\n
The Nantwich shop, one of 195 across the UK, offers womenswear, menswear and kidswear.<\/p>\n
