Crewe-based Amplo Group has announced the launch of its latest venture, Amplo Commercial Finance.<\/p>\n
It follows a merger between Nantwich businessmen Michael Carr, from Michael Andrew Financial Services Ltd, and Amplo Group directors Scott Williams and Matthew Timms.<\/p>\n
The Amplo Group of companies consists of Amplo Investments, Amplo Lettings, and Amplo Leasing and are primarily focused on the property market.<\/p>\n
In 2015, Scott started working for a local property developer aged just 18.<\/p>\n
He used social media to grow an online presence and to raise private investor finance to grow his own portfolio.<\/p>\n
Mike has spent the past 11 years in the financial services sector, starting his journey at Lloyds Bank as a private banking manager before qualifying as a mortgage adviser in 2011.<\/p>\n
He then launched Michael Andrews Financial Services in 2016.<\/p>\n
In the last 12 months, he has facilitated more than \u00a315 million of mortgages from first time buyers to experienced landlords.<\/p>\n
Matt holds a Management degree from University of Sheffield. Having previously started and scaled a successful affiliate marketing business whilst still at university.<\/p>\n
He achieved a turnover in 2016 of \u00a32.2 million and sold his shares to other partners aged just 25.<\/p>\n
Amplo Commercial Finance services the UK market with Bridging Loans, Development Finance, Unsecured Business Loans and Mezzanine Finance in the unregulated lending space.<\/p>\n
