Joseph Heler’s Eatlean brand has unveiled new headquarters as part of its drive to invest in healthier eating.<\/p>\n

The brand, run by the Nantwich-based cheese makers, has opened fulfilment sites in Spain and the Netherlands to support international growth plans.<\/p>\n

And it now has a dedicated team of seven staff, which will double over the next six months.<\/p>\n

Eatlean\u2019s flagship cheese has half the calories of traditional cheddar and is available across all the major supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose and Ocado.<\/p>\n

It’s also available online, with Eatlean recording over 60% growth in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n

The brand exports 50% to multiple locations worldwide.<\/p>\n

Its key international markets are Spain, Germany and Italy with direct consumer hubs as well as retail footprint.<\/p>\n

Eatlean founder George Heler, of the Hatherton-based company<\/a>, said: “We have a bold ambition for Eatlean and our new headquarters are an important marker in our vision for the company\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n

“In Eatlean, we believe we have a special proposition by helping consumers to make small changes that can have a significant impact on their health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n

“We have invested, and will continue to do so, in marketing to engage more consumers and ensure we make Eatlean products available wherever they shop and eat.<\/p>\n

“Over the next 12-18 months, we will continue to invest in marketing campaigns, product development, and growing our team, as well as expanding coverage across key European markets through retail and e-commerce.<\/p>\n

“Additionally we are working closely with the food service industry, highlighting the benefits of Eatlean cheese nutritionals within finished products, driving our principle that through small changes, positive steps can be made on health and wellbeing.”<\/p>\n

The new Eatlean offices include a product development kitchen.<\/p>\n
