South Cheshire communications provider Cymphony has appointed Emma Burkitt as Head of People and Culture.<\/p>\n

Emma has experience in the hospitality industry, having held senior HR positions within the public and private sector over the last 20 years.<\/p>\n

She will take a lead to establish Crewe-based Cymphony as one of the best employers in Cheshire.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m thrilled to be part of this exciting organisation,” she said.<\/p>\n

“The team here have been extremely welcoming, and everyone is passionate and incredibly driven to take the business to the next level.<\/p>\n

“Cymphony already has some of the best people in the business working across a number of different areas, and I\u2019m really looking forward to building on this and continuing to do the best by our employees.<\/p>\n

“The current recruitment climate is very competitive, so it\u2019s more important than ever that we continue to attract, develop and retain talented people.<\/p>\n

“Having worked in HR roles for a number of leading hospitality brands, including Malmaison, DeVere Village and Principal Hotels, I have been integral to the recruitment and development of several teams involved in restaurant openings and large-scale hotel refurbishments.<\/p>\n

“With my proven track record, I\u2019m able to transfer my excellent skills in customer focus to this new sector and ensure the team continues to provide the best service to their customers.<\/p>\n
