The boss of Aqueduct Marina near Nantwich said he is proud of his staff as all aspects of the business are finally open again after lockdown.
Bosses at the facility in Church Minshull worked for 15 weeks to ensure staff, customers and boat owners were protected with COVID safe measures put in place.
Twenty-five of the 30 staff were placed on furlough leave at the start of the lockdown.
But the final part of the outlet, the Aqueduct Marina café, has now reopened which means all staff are back in place.
Robert Parton, Aqueduct Marina Managing Director, said: “I am very proud of the fantastic team I have at Aqueduct Marina all of the staff have been very understanding and supportive during these different times.
“We have been bringing staff back from furlough since the end of April and now I am pleased to say we have the full team back.
“While the team has returned, and we have all aspects of the business open we have made many changes to ensure the safety of the team and customers.
“I can see many of these changes staying in place for the future with some being able to relax as and when the Government issues more guidance.
“A big step we have taken is to completely remodel the reception area, giving the Brokerage team and Reception staff their own individual areas.
“We have made our pump out and diesel a D.I.Y facility, the Chandlery now operates a click and collect only system and we have removed the gates from the end of the mooring jetty all to reduce communal contact points.
“Contactless taps have been added to the wash areas and we are really pleased that our café is again open and for now we have pre-booked tables only.”
