The latest redevelopment phase of the Park View Business Centre on the Combermere Abbey Estate near Nantwich has been completed.
The project, which secured EU rural grant funding through the RDPE Growth Program, has created five additional office spaces as well as a sandwich bar/café.
These will generate at least four new direct jobs for the area.
Located on the main A530 road between Nantwich and Whitchurch, the five new offices are of various sizes.
The spaces are aimed at companies with 2 to 15 people and have superfast broadband.
There is also free parking, on-site gym and electric car charging points.
Peter Beckett, Managing Director of PVBC, said: “We are thrilled with the completion of this latest phase of redevelopment work and we look forward to welcoming our new tenants.
“Helping to keep working people based in the countryside is our passion and we are keen to maintain this top quality positioning.
“These new facilities make the most of combining traditional buildings equipped with modern technology.”
Tina Hayward, Manager of PVBC added: “This next phase of work is tremendous and opens up more opportunities for local employment in a wonderful location.
“The benefits of great value rural units with our additional support services not only gives people the best chance of succeeding with building their business, but also of maintaining the optimum work-life balance.”
The new café is up and running for lunch-time fare Monday to Friday 11am to 2.30pm.
