Nantwich-based homecare provider Right at Home South Cheshire has been awarded 5* Employer status.
The business was named a 5* Employer following its annual employee engagement survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz.
Forty-four staff members completed the anonymised survey, which saw 98% of staff agreeing they have access to training they need to do their job well.
And 100% agreed their initial training and support was good or excellent.
95% said they are given enough time to deliver quality care to their clients and 98% said they would recommend Right at Home’s care services.
Right at Home supports Clients across Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Sandbach, Middlewich and the surroundings areas.
It offers a wide range of services to enable people to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their own home.
Services include companionship, personal care and meal preparation, through to specialist dementia care and 24-hour live-in care.
The company also had surveys completed by 21 clients, of which 100% said they would recommend Right at Home and 100% said their CareGivers have an excellent understanding of their care needs.
One of the clients commented in the survey: “Very satisfied with the service they provide. CareGiver always goes the extra mile.”

They have also won numerous awards including the 2019 large business of the year at the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce business awards.
