Nantwich homecare firm Right at Home has celebrated achievements of its community caregivers.
They have recognised staff who had been nominated by both clients and colleagues for providing excellent care.
The annual awards took place at the Aroma Café Bar, Nantwich with more than 50 people attending.
The provider also marked the event by announcing a 9% pay rise for frontline workers employed by the company as CareGivers, increasing to £11.75-£12.25/hour plus annual leave and other benefits.
Right at Home provides care and support to people living in their own homes, predominantly in Nantwich and Crewe areas but extending to Alsager, Sandbach, Middlewich and Winsford.
It currently supports more than 80 clients and employs a team of over 70 caregivers.
Services range from companionship, home help and personal care to specialist dementia care and live-in care services.
The business has previously won at the Great British Care Awards and the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
