A beauty salon in Nantwich has marked 10 years of helping clients turn back the clock with state-of-the-art treatments.
The anniversary comes as Madison Spa, Hospital Street, experiences a surge in demand from people looking to invest in self-care and wellbeing since Covid.
There’s now more than 10,000 people on the salon’s books and numbers are growing by the week.
Owner Karen Hamdy, a former nurse, said: “The pandemic has definitely changed the mind-set of many people.
“They are keen to enjoy life and the little things that lift the spirits like a facial, massage or manicure.
“Spending on ‘me time’ is what we hear a lot and with no restrictions holding them back, we have many regulars booking multiple treatments every week and more groups of friends and mothers and daughters treating
themselves.”
Much in demand are Caci facial toning treatments loved by film stars and super models for giving a ‘lifted’ look to the face.
And the salon is one of the first in the region to offer the most advanced Caci Synergy system which also improves skin elasticity and reduces wrinkle depth.
Karen added: “The feedback on Caci Synergy has been fantastic.
“We love helping people feel good about themselves and this treatment ticks all the boxes. The results are faster, better and longer lasting.
“We are pleased to be the first in the area to offer this treatment and to do so in our 10th anniversary year.

The salon, based in the former Kiltearn Medical Centre, also houses Renew Clinic where Karen’s husband Dr Ryan Hamdy carries out facial aesthetics such as wrinkle relaxants and fillers.
Madison Spa has 10 therapists and an active training programme for young people entering the beauty industry.
Another apprentice is set to join the team this summer.
Its facial, nail, body treatments and pamper packages attract more than 130 customers from a wide area every week.
