Park View Business Centre between Nantwich and Whitchurch has completed and achieved full occupancy of its latest office development.
Five new tenants have been attracted to the area and alongside the new Park View Café, it brings the next phase of expansion work complete.
The recent project was funded through combining private investment with a grant from Cheshire East’s Skills and Growth Programme part of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (Europe investing in rural areas).
Eighteen new jobs will have been created in South Cheshire as a result of the project on the edge of the Combermere Abbey estate.
Peter Beckett, director of Park View Business Centre, said: “Given the current challenging Covid conditions, this result is a shining light of success in keeping working people in the countryside.
“Our superfast broadband and imaginatively designed offices have helped attract some excellent businesses ranging from Domiciliary Care to Payroll Services and 3D printing.
“Our Flexi-Office space and new Café is also proving to be a great draw for freelancers and locals alike.
“We look forward to serving our new tenants.”
