Nantwich Chartered Accountants Afford Bond are set for one of their best ever fund-raising events this autumn.
Employees are gearing up to tackle North West Triathlon in Nantwich on Sunday September 22 in aid of two charities.
It’s one of the biggest charity events in the north west and will see staff and directors from all departments take part in the swimming, cycling and running event.
Afford Bond have selected two charities to support this year – Wingate Centre in Wrenbury and Clatterbridge Cancer Centre on the Wirral.
Afford Bond Senior Partner Gary Greer said: “This is a very special event for us all this year, as in 2018 we lost our dear friend and colleague Jonathan Curwen, at the very young age of 42, to cancer.
“We miss him and have decided to take part in this event and raise funds in his memory.
“He had three young children and knew of the fine work carried out at The Wingate Centre so we have decided to give equal prominence to both Wingate’s and Clatterbridge.
“We would be delighted and very grateful for any donations to the above JustGiving pages.”
