South Cheshire College is the home of post-16 education in Crewe and Nantwich. It is one of the leading tertiary and sixth form colleges nationally.
It is located on a single campus situated in a residential area about one and a half miles from Crewe town centre. It is ten minutes walk from Crewe train station and has close links to Junctions 16 & 17 of the M6.
Students travel to study at the College from throughout Cheshire, notably Crewe, Nantwich, Alsager, Middlewich, Winsford, Sandbach and Congleton. They also travel from areas much further-a-field such as Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Shropshire.
The College mainly provides education for 16-19 year-olds but also offers apprenticeships and other work based learning programmes. HE courses and a range of courses for adults, many of who are returning to education after a long break are also available.
