Staff at SureCare Central Cheshire are celebrating a top national rating in its first year of operation.
The new Nantwich-based care company now has a rating of 9.9 on the country’s leading website for home care providers – www.homecare.co.uk
Bosses say they are delighted at the 5-star reviews being received, and believe being the only home care provider to deliver care locally in rural villages makes them stand out.
One client who was struggling to find a care company to visit her rural home, left a review and said: “I was unable to leave hospital as I could not access the care I needed to make me safe at home through East Cheshire or West Cheshire care providers.
“Thanks to SureCare in Nantwich care was provided that has enabled me to return home for which I am eternally grateful.
“I thoroughly recommend the entire team. They have been so supportive in helping me towards recovery and everyone has always been a pleasure to have in our home.”
The daughter-in-law of another client added: “The SureCare team set up care for my mother-in-law with speed and efficiency after my father-in-law went into hospital.
“This was organised within a day and I have to say the care and attention to detail along with the professional can-do attitude of all involved was amazing.
“My husband and I are extremely grateful for the support provided to us and the excellent care, kindness and attention given to his mum, who has dementia.
“The SureCare team helped us through a very stressful time and gave us help and reassurance and peace of mind knowing she is being cared for and in safe hands when we can’t be with her.”
