More than 90% of Nantwich parents have been offered their first choice of secondary school, says Cheshire East Council.
Parents across the borough have received offers of secondary school places from Cheshire East Council this week for children starting in September 2021.

Parents are being urged to complete their applications before the deadlines of October 31 for secondary and January 15 for primary.
Cheshire East Council is continuing with a phased return of school pupils from June 15, the authority confirmed today.
It follows fears that the “R value” of the coronavirus was rising in the region and some authorities further delaying schools re-opening to wider pupil population.
Cheshire East Council says 97% of parents have secured preferential secondary school places for their children for September 2020.
Nine out of 10 parents of Cheshire East school children have secured their first choice secondary school place, Cheshire East Council said.
It comes after the authority witnessed a rise in ‘on time’ applications from 2018.
Nantwich schools could benefit from a slice of an £8.1 million Government grant to create more school places in Cheshire East. The handout is part of a national £2.35 billion injection into school places between 2014 and 2017.
