Crewe Regional Sunday Premier Division champions Square One came back from 1-0 down at half time to win 3-1 against White Lion FL.

Russ Schofield had given White Lion FL the lead before second half goals from Josh Wynne, Shane Herron and Dean Wheatley saw Square One home.

With White Lion Fl losing, there was an opportunity for Salvador and Crewe Ath to move up into second place.

But things didn’t go well as Salvador lost 3-2 at Faddiley whose scorers were Tom Bate, Rich Ford and an own goal with Kev Sharp and Ricky Barlow scoring for Salvador.

In an extraordinary game, Crewe Ath lost 9-6 to Elworth Park.

Scorers for Elworth Park were Keiran Duckers with a hat-trick, Lee Saxton and George Alcock with a brace each, James Husher and Nerman Arukovic.

Crewe Ath, who finished with only 10 men, scored through were Faith Arrowsafe (2), Jordan Amson, Matty Hudson, Ash Dobson and Jonny Parkes.

Willaston WS looked like continuing their recent good form when leading 2-1 at NHB with less than 20 minutes to go when NHB scored three times in eight minutes to win 4-2.

Dan Ball (2) Will Elwood and Pete Caine scored for NHB with Dilman Karine and Luke Gillan scoring for Willaston WS.

Wistaston Leopard took a big step towards avoiding the drop beating bottom club Talbot 8-0, with two goals in the opening two minutes.

Scorers were Lewis Bruce hat-trick, Jamie Collina (2), Rich Ryan (2) and Aidan Houghton.

In Division One, George & Dragon kept up the pressure at the top with a 7-1 win at Broadhurst.

Terry Cain and Robert Hatton scored two apiece, Richie McLeese, Scott Taylor and Liam Lewis added the others for George & Dragon.

Habib Kanteh replied for Broadhurst.

White Lion leapfrog over Sydney Arms into third place in the league following a 3-2 win over their rivals.

Nathan Cherrington, Jack Wood and Josh Heath scoring for White Lion with Rhys Potter and Louis Everall scoring for Sydney Arms.

Winsford Over 3 beat White Horse 3-0 with goals from Nick Harvey, Shaun Cain and a Chris Latham Penalty.

AFC Wickstead won 4-1 at Nantwich Pirates with goals from Chris Martin (2), Tom Butler and Josh Bolton with Paul Sansome scoring for the Pirates.

In another high scoring game, Sandbach Town beat Brighton Belle 6-5 with goals from Dave Furber (3), Matt Timms (2) and Simon Evans.

Dalton Parker (2), Bobby Leasey, James Mason and John Mowet scored for Brighton Belle.

Audlem (Kev Beresford 2, Ian Chalker) won 3-1 at Haslington FC (Owen Porter).
