Newly promoted George and Dragon made it two wins out of two in the Crewe Regional Sunday Premier Division.

They inflicted a crushing 9-3 defeat on Faddiley.

Matthew Waller and Scott Taylor both netted hat-tricks, with further goals from Ricky Macalease, James Dean and Joe Duckworth.

Richard Ford (2) and Adam Newton scored for the visitors.

NHB went 0-2 up against White Lion Ford Lane but had to settle for a 3-3 draw after a spirited fight back by the home team.

Andy Ward (2) and Brian Holland scored for NHB.

Russ Schofield, Danny May (pen) and Jordan Allen netted for the home team, the latter netting only two minutes from time.

Willaston White Star went down 0-2 to Betley, whose marksmen were Jamie Baker and Sam Roberts.

Another team new to the Premier Division were White Lion, who lost out in a 10-goal thriller to Elworth Park Rangers, whose scorers were Lee Saxton (3), David Sirle, George Alcock and Aaron Clarke.

The White Lion marksmen were Brandon Mighten (2), Ross Chandler and Aaron Gray.

In Division One, Bridge Inn kept up their good start with a 4-2 win over Nantwich Pirates.

Gary Pownall (2), Curtis Rodgers and Warren Humbasha scored for Bridge Inn, with Sam Cadwallader and Mike Truan on target for the visitors.

The Old Star are another club with maximum points, thanks to a 3-4 win over White Horse.

Adam Smithies, Nick Gregory and Ethan Roberts scored for the home team, with Terry Cain (3) and Matty Davies netting for the visitors.

Sandbach Town are the third team on maximum points after their 2-1 win over Crewe and Nantwich United.

Matt Timms and Anthony Fidzewicz scored for Sandbach, with Simon Riley scoring for the visitors.

Sydney Arms beat Audlem 3-2 with goals from Ben Reddock (2) and Aaron Davies.

Lewis Williams and regular marksman Andrew Betteley netted for Audlem.

Broadhurst FC remain undefeated after a 4-2 win over Princes Feathers.

Danny Griffiths got three and Sam Johnson one for the home team, with Dalton Parker and Peter Hase on target for the visitors.
